Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship within Canada and to the United States. International orders may be available on request — please reach out before purchasing.
Processing time
Orders are hand-packed and typically ship within 3–5 business days. Custom and pre-order pieces take longer — their lead time is shown on the product page.
Carriers and rates
We use Canada Post and other carriers via Shippo to give you live, accurate rates at checkout. Rates depend on parcel weight and destination. We add a small handling margin to cover packing materials.
Local pickup
Local pickup in Norfolk County, Ontario may be offered for select orders. If available, you’ll see it as a shipping option at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we send a tracking link to the email on your order. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before checking out — we can’t reroute parcels once they’ve been picked up by the carrier.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, or if it’s marked delivered but you don’t see it, email us at sleepyhumanstudio@gmail.com and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier together.
Damaged in transit
See our Refund Policy for how we handle pieces that arrive broken.
Customs and duties
For US and international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country.
